The outside grounds were lovely. The inside of the lobby itself is warm and inviting. They have a movie theater, but it's super cold. Bring a blanket. The inside pool is heated. The inside hot tub is very large and nice.

The housekeeping wasn't great at all!! We stayed 3 nights and only had 1 day of housekeeping. I called the front desk to ask for more towels, and they showed up about 1 1/2 hours later. I asked about housekeeping, and they said they closed at 5 pm , but they showed up at 6:30 pm while we were getting ready for dinner, so I had to turn them away. The garbage cans were overflowing, and the used towels piled up it was absolutely gross!! The actual room itself seemed like it needed some repairs, the ceiling was peeling, and the shower needed caulking. The outside adult and kids pool hot tub both had broken jets for days and weren't working. The outside adult pool had beetles swimming all over in it, yet the attendent at the gate just sat there eating a sandwich. As a high paying guest, it's not our job to bring things like this to the resorts attention. They need to be more on top of these things. The front desk doesn't communicate well. When I checked in, I said that I wanted to pay cash at checkout. You would hope that they would note that somewhere, anywhere but no at checkout, they charged my credit card instead. So, now I get to pay interest on that!! Also, for incidental holds, it is $600!!! That's absolutely RIDICULOUS! That is on top of what you're already paying for the room. They don't tell people that until they check in. It's too late, in my opinion. It was a stressful trip given the expense you pay to stay at what is supposed to be a high-end resort!! Dissatisfied to say the least. I will be staying elsewhere in the future for sure!!

We enjoyed the indoor hot tube and indoor pool. The beds were comfortable.

The outdoor kids pool was very cold and dirty. My 10 yr old daughter was not allowed in the clean adult pool. The room had spider webs on the ceiling and the bathroom was dirty when we arrived. The glass shower door had stains as well as the toilet. The lighting in the room was also very poor. Especially the bathroom in room 1417.

It was beautiful and had a great outdoor pool. It was close to the lake trail. The employees were top notch!

The restaurants weren’t 100% open.

We had a nice time, rooms were quaint.

The actual resort and surrounding area is beautiful.

Our room wasn't ready on time. Towels and space to sit at the pool were hard to find. Little to no dining options. Arcade outdated. The resort is beautiful and has so much potential but things need to be updated.

The property was nice. The tom was great
