La vie de vacances n'est pas meilleure que ça! Une maison de quatre chambres à coucher, trois salles de bain complètes et une tanière qui se trouve sur le 18e fairway du parcours de golf. Plus de 3000 pieds carrés (avec plus d'espace au niveau inférieur), il y a de la place pour tout le monde à se rassembler ou à s'étaler.
Les autres caractéristiques de la maison comprennent deux cheminées, une grande terrasse avec barbecue à gaz Weber, un grand garage, un sous-sol avec table de billard et ping-pong. We spent an amazing 4 days at this lovely property! The house is spacious but still cozy and easily accommodated 4 adults, an energetic 6 year old and 2 dogs, with room to spare. The big kitchen was the perfect location for our fun group meals and games with a cozy counter/breakfast bar and large dining areas. The bedrooms were lovely and the beds were very comfortable, the living room was great for relaxing and hanging out. We had a blast playing ping pong and pool in the basement and we made full use of the Abby Springs clubhouse- great bar and restaurant and huge indoor pool and hot tub! We had everything we needed for a fantastic long weekend in a place as clean as any hotel but with the comfort of home! Our visit in late winter/early spring led to a lot of FUN indoor time (due to rain/snow), I can only imagine how great the summer months are during boating and beach season! We will definitely be back to find out!!

Beautiful, clean home. Plenty of room for our family of 7. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Lots of games & entertainment for every age. We loved our stay here!

It was a girl's weekend and a dream weekend it was. There were only 3 of us so the house, of course, was like a castle to us. It was super clean and the kitchen was well equipped (except for a chef). Every room had its own character. It would be a great house for a family reunion. There are so many areas everyone can hang out in, all really nice. It was too cool for us to use the summer room but it was nice how we could look at how pretty it was from the family room.
The owners were wonderful and easy to communicate with throughout the weekend and even after. We lost a set of keys and they went out of the way to make sure the house was checked for them. Check in was super easy!
There is a guard house that you need to drive through and they are very thorough in making sure who can go thru. That made us (3 senior women) feel very secure.
We wouldn't hesitate in renting this house again.

Karl's place was perfect for our large family attending a wedding in the area. Many spaces to relax and visit, while enjoying nature views. Karl was immediately responsive and I hope to have a reason to return some day.

Did a golf getaway with some friends. Place is as listed and has all the comforts of home. Location is great and we had an awesome time. Karl is the man.

We couldn't have not been more pleased with the overall renting experience. Karl our host, communicated with me frequently through the entire process and gave me specific check in instructions and always promptly answered my questions. The house had everything available to us and there were signs to identify certain aspects of the house. If I could give 10 stars on everything I would.

Our family (three-generations, including two toddlers) had everything we needed at this property. The house is spacious, well-stocked, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the amenities - especially the beach and pool - during the day, and loved relaxing on the porch in the evening. We’d love to return.

What a fabulous home! My girlfriends and I reunioned there over a weekend, enjoying all the ample hanging and sleeping spaces and proximity/access to pool, beach, South Shore path and more. It was truly a perfect accommodation, with great communication with the owner. Highly recommend for a big group (just wish you more sunshine than we had!).

Loved staying at Karl’s property! The house was much bigger than expected and was perfect for our family of 6 stay. I would for sure stay here again. Karl was communicative and check-in was easy.

We had a great stay here recently. Our group of 8 ranged from young kids to grandma and everyone was comfortable and had plenty of room to spread out. A few of the rooms have had their furniture updated to more modern styles since the listing photos were taken and the master bedroom now has a king size bed. Between the huge eat in kitchen, screen porch, finished basement (the kids loved playing ping pong), and two living rooms, we were all able to find a quiet place to relax or meet in small or large groups with no trouble. The house was well maintained and we appreciated the owner labeling things he anticipated guests wanting to know - closets with extra bedding, beach towels, etc. The house is nicely decorated, but in a way that didn't require the parents to run around and frantically move a bunch of fragile knickknacks out of kid range. The kitchen is well stocked if you're planning to cook during your stay.
The area is beautiful, we enjoyed the woodsy vibes and we spotted deer, a variety of interesting birds, frogs, and fish on our stay. The beach is sandy but a little rocky (water shoes recommended) but a great size and depth for kids, and the walk from the house was short. We didn't make it to the clubhouse pools or restaurants but everything we did see was well maintained and staff were friendly. The owner was helpful and responsive when we had questions.

We had an excellent experience staying here. The house overall is well cared for, clean and very organized. We stayed with our young children--enjoyed the amenities, including the pool, beach, playground and restaurants. Karl was quite helpful with questions and prompt in his replies. We would highly recommend!

What a great house in a great location! There is plenty of room for everyone to find their own space and chill out. The neighborhood is nice and quiet too. Just a wonderful place to rest and connect with your family. And our kids had a blast at the pool.

This is a great property with a very spacious house and a great location in Lake Geneva. The amenities on the property are amazing. The house is very clean and you have access to everything you need. If your looking for a spot in Lake Geneva for a trip with family or friends this is the spot! Highly recommend it!

This house was perfect for a weekend stay combining two families (four adults, two college-age kids, two little kids). Four comfortable bedrooms with twin and bunk beds gave us all plenty of space. Big living room and family rooms, which was great for people to find their own space when they needed it. Convenient and well-stocked eat-in kitchen plus a dining room made it easy to prepare big family meals. Very comfortable. The host was very communicative and addressed our needs in a timely fashion.

Very nice property. Well equipped kitchen. Nice pool table/ping pong table. Lots of room. Made good use of the fireplace and pool in the club house. Surprised by all the stuff for my 18-month (highchair / play saucer / pack-n-play). Great location and lucky enough to have a big snowstorm for the winter retreat and visited by a family of deer on Sunday! Karl was a gracious and responsive host, and we will keep the property in mind for a fall getaway later this year.

We loved this house! It is a great place to stay. Our son got married at Abbey Springs, and we had 3 generations in the house. We had plenty of space for everyone. Plus, we noticed that the owners are making updates to the rooms. It is beautiful! You will enjoy staying here!!

What a great place!!
We rented this house for a wedding - a place for the girls to get ready and chill before the ceremony - This house provided ample space - a lot of extras you don't see normally in a VRBO - furnishings were great and the location was awesome. The owner was easy to communicate with and made for an easy in easy out situation!! We plan on renting again on my daughter's anniversary!! I highly recommend!

Wow! What a fabulous place!
Owner was helpful and readily available. House was huge and had more room than anticipated. Extremely private. Watching wildlife (deer, wild turkey, beaver) was a real treat. Short walk to beach.

Excellent pet-friendly stay for the whole family
We stayed here for a trip with my in-laws which included adults, children, and our dogs. This property had much more room than previous Lake Geneva rentals so everyone was very comfortable. A huge bonus to have both an indoor and outdoor pool a short walk away and we finished the week with a ping pong tournament. We'd be happy to stay here again.

We had plenty of rooms and space and the large screened-in porch was perfect for the weather. We even had 3 visits from deer and a large flock of turkeys stopped by also. Very convenient place to stay for a family wedding and dinner held at Abbey Springs. Well furnished with useful information clearly posted in the house. I would definitely book this house again if the need arose.

We returned to this lovely home in Abbey Springs for a family vacation. Mary is a wonderful host and goes above and beyond for her guests. Everything you need is provided and we enjoyed the pools and lakefront. It’s wonderful to have a beautiful place where we can all be together. Thank you Mary!

This is a comfortable very spacious house. We voted it best house ever for playing Hide and Seek! We enjoyed being so close to pools, the beach, and the park. Our group of 6 adults and 3 children spread out easily for quiet reading and games and conversations and movies all at the same time. We discovered some great games in the family room cabinet. Our Domino runs were amazing. The kitchen had everything you need.
Our weather wasn't very good but we were still able to entertain and enjoy ourselves within the home. Hurray for the pool/ping pong table! The large deck with hammock and fire pit was fantastic, we enjoyed perfecting our perfectly toasted marshmallows for s'mores. We also loved the screened-in porch for watching the deer come right up close to watch us watching them. We had a really great time and hope to return next year.
