Very clean. Large rooms, not far from downtown Rockport
There is a huge step up in front of each room in the area we were situated . A person or child could easily trip or fall trying to enter the room from parking lot. They could use a railing or handle to hold onto so you can hoist your self into the room. We grabbed the frame to hold on as we entered the room. An elderly person or someone with mobility issues would have problems trying to get from the parking lot into there room. Once inside the room was perfect

Not worth the money. No cleaning service, no netflix etc on the TV, person who checked us in was miserable, and told us nothing--about wifi, or keys, or breakfast etc. We had to ask her each thing and she barely answered. The rooms were clean, but that's about the only positive.

I wish there had been a list of TV channels in the room. Also it would have been nice if there was tourist information in the room, but it wasn't a problem as it was easy to pick up at restaurants. Overall very nice accommodations

it had breakfast, pool, gym, microwave and mini refrigerator
children running up and down the hall. no room service for changing sheets and towels etc. I stayed 3 nights. no elevator.

The property is nice. Lobby and reception was good. Room was little small but okayish. Everything was clean. The beds were nice. We had nice time staying in the room and explore the sorrounding.
Not provided water. Some complimentary water bottles while check-in could have helped. If not, then atleast a water filter on the floor might also help to take water. A little more options in breakfast should be there like waffles or pancakes or similar ones to complete the menu.

we have been there several times- we prefer the main building and we were in one of the adjacent ones this time. it was good just prefer the main

I have stayed at the Inn a few times and I find the employees at the desk are very kind, caring and proficient. Having a disability, the employees go the extra mile to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Easy access to the dining g area is helpful .

Breakfast was handy, we were able to enjoy the pool. We thought handicapped accessible meant easy access shower but that was not the case. We liked having access to the dining room for boardgames.
The staff was happy to provide towels etc but you had to request them and were not told to leave them outside the door with our trash when we arrived.

not well suited for seniors. very short toilets not good if knees bad, drains run slow, slow hot water, very soft beds, no usb port chargers (need plug adapter), no blankets in room

There is no hot tub or sauna like their website shows. Staff said the pool was heated but it definitely was not heated. Beds were not particularly comfortable. The whole hotel could really use an upgrade.

Staff is awesome. Nice location.
We went there for the pool as the kids love to play in the water. Unfortunately, the water was too cool, couldn't play for more than 30 minutes. Temperature was very likely around 80F.
