Beautiful showers with great water pressure. I’m tall and the shower head is up high and I was actually able to stand under it - unlike most hotels.
Only “complaint” is there isn’t a lot of parking. I had to circle the neighborhood threw times before the gentleman at the desk saw me looking for a spot and he moved his vehicle to a spot mine wouldn’t fit so I had a place to park. I’m very appreciative of that!

Location was excellent. Room very clean . TV worked which doesn't in places I've been. Great to have microwave and refrigerator. Very quiet room and area. Looking forward to returning to this motel.
I liked having the room in tbe cabana area. Would request that room again. However, though cabana area was obviously shut down for the winter, it was left a bit untidy.

There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Coffee was available on a windy platform at the rear. There was no guest laundry, although I was told that there were plans to install one

The location was fabulous and walking around Rockport was delightful. The owner gave us good suggestion for dinner and was very pleasant.

There is no coffee maker in the room but it’s just a minor inconvenience. The TV screen was a computer monitor - they need to upgrade that but overall a great stay.

Perfect location and a small parking lot. Nice places to sit outside and an outside deck with tables. The bed was comfortable and there was a table in the room to eat at.
I would have preferred a sink inside the bathroom and a larger bathroom.

I will definitely stay again. Nice premises and very convenient. Good price. very clean Bed was fine. Also I dont think there was wifi. or I didnt have the password and It was late when we arrived so I didnt want to disturb anyone. I appreciated being able to check in after hours
The only complaints I have are that there were no glasses and no silverware. We ate our food with our fingers. Also I spilled some food and there were no cleaning supplies(broom dustpan, sponge, nothing to clean it up). when we arrived it was quite late and the place was dark . We wandered around looking for an office to get the note that was left with the room number(not on confirmation).
