The room was very clean and comfortable. The host and hostess were very friendly and accommodating. Located on a quiet, but very bumpy road(not their fault). The view and the grounds were beautiful.

Exactly what anyone would want in a sea side town. Close to the action but removed enough for a tranquil stay. The breakfast was creative with exceptional quality. Portions are well thought out.
We love everything about this place but for the older quests and those with physical challenges, the stairs can be difficult to manage.

A/C in our room was not yet available early in the season on an unexpectedly warm night. Ocean breezes helped.

Love the ocean views, the daily breakfast with fresh fruit and hot items, and the water fall and pond. We could walk safely every day to watch the sunrise and sunset. The inn is beautifully kept and very warm and cozy. Chris and Beth were great hosts.
The only complaint was the Queen size bed was small(and a bit bouncy)for my wife and I, but we're spoiled witha king size bed at home.

Atlantic. The house is old; but well maintained. Great breakfast.

Gorgeous location with beautiful ocean views. Their Koi babies were huge! Add the ducks and birds (and chipmunks) and it was lovely. Hot breakfast served daily that’s delicious. Exceeded our expectations.

The quiet location, relaxing atmosphere, easy to walk to the downtown area of Rockport. Loved the view of the water and koi pond. Everyone was pleasant, breakfast was great!
It was hard to get ice sometimes but not a big issue.
