Location is out of the city traffic. A convenient shopping/eating area is a few blocks away. McDonald's is across the street. Easy check-in.

Road system around hotel is confusing.

There was some type of bug in the room an di just felt uneasy all night.The pool waS not open although the site said it was.

Nothing.

The room was dirty and still had stuff, cigarette butt tips, from the previous tenant. Cob webs everywhere, all over the hangers and on the window and curtains. Check in time was 3 or 4 o'clock. We did not arrive until after 8pm that night. We had to turn the AC unit on. The room was very hot, we had to wait for a while for the room to cool off. Seem like they could have checked the rooms that they knew would be rented that night and turn the AC units on. I booked this room because it has a pool. When I called to verify that they had a pool, I was informed that the pool was closed due to Covid. I have stayed at 3 other hotels this summer and all of them had the pools open. This guy is charging the same price for rooms as he did when he had the pool open. Total was of money.

Our room was updated well with good flooring and bathroom fixtures. Desk staff was helpful. Located in an industrial area, but right across the street from McDonalds.

Listing indicated that room would sleep 3. Made me think there would be facility for 3rd person to sleep not in the bed. Only possibility was a desk chair. Room and coffee maker provided were dirty. Not acceptable.

No breakfast offered, but the room was very clean

I was given a room right next to check-in as if I were a VIP.

It still seems unfortunate that Covidis still used as a reason not to include breakfast, when you can go to any restaurant in the country with no masks, no distance requirements, and complete evidence that this problem is no more.

Bed was comfortable

The room was clean and convenient. It met our needs for a place to stay on a longer trip. There were several nearby dining options.

Conveniently located off the highway for quick stop.

The bathroom sink was clogged and dirty. The coffee maker has probably never been cleaned. Every towel had stains on it. There were cockroaches in our room - we would’ve taken photos but wanted to get the heck out of there so we didn’t carry any of them with us. We informed the employee at the front desk and his response was “Yea we know about the cockroaches and have been working on getting rid of them” disgusting they are still renting rooms and charging $75+ per night when they KNOW there is an active infestation. No apologies were provided. They should be shut down. I have bug bites on my stomach after staying in this room. I’m sure it was probably bed bugs. We will never stay again.
