The location was easy to get to the highway and easy to find.

The female front desk lady in the morning is rude, I said hi and she sneared at me. There looks like mold on the ceiling of our room. And the breakfast is joke, they couldn't even have bananas for an option. Just 1 type of cereal, milk that was warm, a half broken toaster, and no hot links or bacon. There are busted windows and broken equipment everywhere. The place needs help.

Location of the hotel was convenient to local amenities. Located across the street from a nice diner, it was very easy to get to. Rooms were quiet, we were not disturbed by other guests. Rooms came with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Fridge worked well, as did the small freezer that was a part of it.

None of the staff wore shirts with logo or uniforms. One of our rooms had only 1 lamp. Another room had no top sheets on the bed under the thin bedspread. Lamp shades were broken and falling apart. Hallway smelled of mold, marijuana smoke, and pot smoke, pool was small and needed a redo as the concrete was crumbling under the lip, hallway stairs were creaking with every step and needed repairs, no ac in hallways, ac barely worked, one of our rooms the ac filter was so clogged with dirt and dust that it clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time, rooms the vinyl flooring was coming up in places, window was filthy on the inside so it was clear that hadn't been cleaned in awhile, outlets were hard to reach behind furniture, door locks weren't maintained or monitored as the batteries in ours were dead upon arrival and the maintenance guy who arrived to change them clearly did not like being summoned and carried an unlit cigarette hanging out of his mouth while he worked. Breakfast needed an upgrade, as the toaster only toasted one side of the bread and the coffee was semi bitter. Not much selection besides runny eggs and lukewarm potatoes. Waffles were good though and easy to cook on the waffle iron.

Shower head, and all the debris in the parking lot from the trees, which is no reflection to the owners.
