when we came back to try and wind down in our room it was a night club right next to it and there were no parking spots for any of the hotel guest

when I checked the lobby was very barron of furniture, decor or anything welcoming. The clerk must have sensed my concern as he told me to look at the room and if there was a problem to let him know. As we went to the room we noticed more of the building looked run down with abandoned vehicles in the parking lot and sketchy looking people milling around in the parking lot. We looked at the room—it was not appealing and the bed looked like a rollaway on a platform. Because of this we decided not to stay there. unfortunately I booked st a non refundable price so I got no money back—my safety was more valuable to me. I asked for a refund and was refused. I can’t believe Wyndham knows the condition of this facility and has it associated with them.

Location was great.

A/C was broke. It put out cold air yes. However, it made the worst noise and LOUD. They came to look at it and there was nothing they could do. They only gave our family of 4 two washcloths and 3 towels. When asked for more they had NONE. This place could be great but small things made it bad.

Was dirty and I found a used syringe in the room the morning we were leaving!! The people next door fought all night.. the TV didn't work.. no phone in our room and the bed was uncomfortable and smelly!!

Facilities were nasty, employee was unhelpful and seemed annoyed to have to move us when we found dried pee in our bed. First room we were given was AWFUL (crumbs & white powder on the floor, yellow crusty stain on the bed, smelled like smoke, trash in room). Second room was better, but was not the layout we booked and was smaller with no partial refund offered. Still smelled like cigarette smoke (was supposed to be non-smoking). We will never go back.

Location was close to food and entertainment.

The floor was filthy, sheets, and only 1 light worked. The fridge was louder than the TV. The front desk took personal calls and face timed while checking me in which made it take like 30 min.

It was close to town

The room/bathroom was very dirty!!! We didnt walk around the room without shoes on or even take a shower without them on. The room service wasn't the best. They don't have enough towels for you to shower and get in the pool.
