Quiet area, in front of the beach. Room was very clean, which is very important for us. Not your fancy hotel but for the price, compared to stays in St. Augustine, it was very good.

Every room has an ocean view. I sat on our balcony and watched every sunrise. It was beautiful, and we could hear the ocean from the room
The rooms are a bit dated but VERY clean. The TV is pretty small and it's hard to see the closed captioning that we needed

pubic or chest hair on shower wall was disgusting; shower water didn't drain well from tub; very uncomfortable pillows, construction right outside which took away from the ocean view despite being on 3rd floor (and paying extra for 3rd floor location; lower floors looked directly onto construction

The proximity to the beach is phenomenal. The Oceanview was superb.
The property truly needs to be updated. The property was clean but you can tell she’s taken a beating and needs to be dolled up again.
Overall I would stay again because of how close the beach is.

The mattress and the toilet seat needs to be replaced. TV needs to bigger !!!

Location, it is in a really private place away from the crowd of the city but at the same time close to the city, which make it very easy to get to the main old city.
It was outdated and a little bit lacking of maintenance. Not safe in the room. One of the days they did not changed towels nor made or cleaned the room.

The location, the access to a grocery store, restaurants, beach were amazing. The staff was awesome and overall was a great place to stay.
Our toilet back up but I don't hold the hotel accountable.

The room was great once we opened the sliding glass door and heard nothing but waves it was a wrap for us. Beds comfortable we had a relaxing stay.
