I like how close the beach and store were. The beach view was fantastic.

The fact that there were no napkins, paper towels, or tissues (facial). Also that the ceilings sounded very thin and you can hear the loud footsteps from the neighbor above you. This might bother some guests though, but I'm a heavy sleeper.

Our second visit to this hotel and it continued to exceed our expectations!

Everyone here at The Saint Augustine Beach House are friendly and accommodating. Including breakfast and they accept dogs.

There should be more eating selection nearby this excellent property location. Their breakfast is filling and comes with a smile.

Very clean, large room, very well equipped, view over beach and Atlantic Ocean, excellent bed, nice bathroom. Breakfast choice good, pick from a list and collect tray from reception to take up to room.

Premium price with no lift to 3rd floor and 4pm check in. Charged $25 for early check in when we waited til correct time, eventually refunded.

QUIET! Perfect location! Huge room with beachy decor, not some generic hotel room you can get anywhere. Literally steps from the beach. Free beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas! Breakfast made to order was terrific. Very short drive in to St. Augustine. Walk to Publix!

No blackout curtains. USB ports on clock didn’t work. Rear deck could use some more barstools. No desk in room.

Beach access was terrific, views great. Kitchen large and well-stocked. Bed comfortable.

Lamp over the day bed would have been nice. The chairs on the balcony were the tall kind and not very comfortable for lounging.

Best part was the house was right beside the beach. Grocery also nearby. Also the chairs that the beach house lends its guests.

Vilano beach did not have many restaurants. But st Augustine is not far.

The view was nice, the staff were all very friendly and the bed was comfortable.

There was construction going on and the being sensitive to cleaning products, I wish it had had less of a smell. I’d recommend putting more water or larger bottles in the room. Also, you should replace the coffee makers - our was tired. Otherwise all good!
