It was clean and in a good location

The water was dripping nonstop and the air didn’t work. I told someone and it was never looked at

Lock to the door was broken, window with easy outdoor access was unlocked, and AC unit popped out. Too many red flags, did not feel safe.

we found a bed bug in the room, it smelled like nicotine, the stained walls, cigarettes burns in the covers, and they wouldn’t give us a refund after we found the bed bug.

The room, though basic, had everything we needed. The microwave was older and made excess noise when in use, but it worked so that was ok. Shower had good water pressure. Guide on tv was a little difficult to navigate, but there were enough channels to choose from.

The pillows were flat. Not up to the standard of the previous two hotels we stayed in that week. That was the only complaint I have.

Bed was comfortable.

Outdated facilities, room was a smoking one with no option. Breakfast was all carbs, cheapest components, and selections. The breakfast area had little room to maneuver and woefully inadequate seating, I ate standing up.

Location was good, restaurants and gas station close by, staff was helpful and friendly.

Lock on the door was missing screws and had loose screws which made it loose and almost fall off, had molded left over pizza and used plates in several different drawers, corner of the room leaked when it rained and got some of our jackets soaking wet on a very cold weekend, key’s deactivated in the middle of the day on a day we didn’t check out, sheets were washed but had a lot of hair and things stuck in them when arrived.
