Everything was fairly new and nice!

The staff that was over the breakfast. Specifically, an older woman making comments about my husband coming back downstairs for a plate (of his own) after he brought mine and my son’s upstairs. She made the comment “You’re supposed to get breakfast, not breakfast, lunch and dinner!” She was also making comments at 10:07 saying “Yeah I guess people can’t read that we close at 10!” when all of the food was still out. Not to mention, bad language from some of them in front of young kids. To clarify, this was NOT the staff that works the front desk. They were kind. The room was clean except the floors. My son’s feet were black after walking around barefoot.

Friendly, helpful front desk. Good breakfast. Clean rooms & facility.

No sound insulation. We could hear way too much from the hall and surrounding rooms. Bring ear plugs.

my booking was lost. booking.com was terrible support. I was charged 3 times staff was rude especially the older lady at the breakfast

The breakfast was probably the best breakfast I have had at a hotel. The room was very nice. Ample parking. Check in and check out was simple.

The only thing that could have been better was that the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty.

I asked when booking for a large shower, where 2 people could fit in. I ended up with a very small shower and barely enough room for 1. My boyfriend kept hitting his elbows on the walls around him, he is tall that’s why I asked for the larger shower. When I called to tell the front desk this wasn’t the right room soon after we went in, she told me to call back to complain.

Rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was nice.

The air conditioning doesn't shut off. Wasn't crazy about the shower head.
