Setting was very nice , staff very pleasant
The bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Room was nicely updated and clean. While it's in a motel type setting (with doors external) which would bother others, it was okay with me. Room quality however was very good.

We were welcomed by a very friendly desk clerk. The room was sparkling clean with modern decor. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. We will choose to stay here again on our next visit!,

uncomfortable beds. AC unit would randomly turn off making room hot and sleep difficult. overly fragrant (perfume-y) room

Room was clean and equipped with all necessary things as coffee maker, small fridge, table with chair for working. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom clean. Got free bottle of water every day. There is a bike to use if you need. The patio is very nice and good for chill or work. Good wifi connection. Stuff is very friendly.
It's next to main road, so a bit noisy if you are not used to the cars.

The inn went out of its way to help with rooms and service. Can't say enough about their service! Great courtyard to sit in, extras like fresh flowers in the room, complimentary water and snacks.

Great location in Palo Alto downtown, close to Stanford University and SLAC. Large rooms with a comfortable bed, and microwave, fridge and coffee machine. I very much liked the inductor-based smart-phone recharger next to the bed.

my special request for a level 1 room was totally ignored. when I arrived at the hotel and it took me an hour in the cold night before a room was assigned to me. this is the most unpleasant experience I have and there are no one on site to assist. so Good for modern technology.
