The breakfast was fine. The location was great.

The bathroom was dirty and I went get cleaning products to clean the bathroom myself. The deadline provided me the cleaning products and came to clean it but I told him I would do it myself because I am particular about cleanliness. They took $10 of the 2 days we stayed.

The check in was great. Staff was amazing and so very kind to my son.

the hotel room was run down. cigarette holes in the blanket, shower drain caked with hair and green slime, lamp shade with stains, light over the sink didn’t always turn on, hair dryer all taped up with duct tape and it didn’t work, had to kicked the door to our room open because it was stuck and there were jugs of milk left in the refrigerator in the room.

Location is near Dayton airport.

Poor lighting. Smelly room. Very worn out. Go to one of the other airport hotels.

Rooms out dated, dirty, smelled nasty, and there were people doing drugs openly outside their rooms in their vehicles and working on their vehicles

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Good water pressure and hot water. Big room, reasonable space. No roaches.

Multiple cigarette burn holes in blanket and blanket cover. Surface of table and nightstand sticky and dusty, clearly not cleaned in a while. Carpet also uncomfortably sticky. This all created doubt about what was truly clean or not. I didn’t feel comfortable sitting in any of the chairs at all.

the property was disgusting, rooms smelled of pot so bad I couldn’t take my children in them.

The bed was comfortable!

The room was not so clean. There was dried glue or some substance on the desk, burn marks on the side of the tub, floors were far from clean,someone vandalized the refrigerator. The heat/air conditioner unit was dirty and the front fell off and was already cracked, the tv was pretty much unwatchable until my wife called down to the office and the office person told her to push 29 and then the office person came down to room 111 because there was no signal on most channels.

Location and price. Unit was clean and quiet. Decent breakfast bar too. Free shuttle to DAY Int. Airport.
