I have been there in the past many times, but not since it’s been under new management. The most disappointing part was that the day that I arrived there was a marathon that closed off the street access to the hotel completely. I only found this out from my Uber driver on our way from the airport, the hotel never bothered to let me know. Even though I had reached out via booking.com ahead of time to ask about early arrival. When I called, I tried a few times to get ahold of someone, and no one answered my first 2 attempts. Then on my third call I tried the consierge option on the hotline and I said we were having trouble getting the hotel, I’m disappointed no one told me this was happening and the staff hasn’t been answering the phone. The first thing Victor said all offended to me was” I don’t know why you would say that, I’m staff.” I Clarified and said well I’ve called twice already. How am I supposed to get to the hotel? He said I could get off at the mall and walk over. I said, no, I am very familiar with this location I’ve stayed here many times in the past and I’m not walking close to a mile with 200 lbs of luggage. All in all he was rude and not helpful, and starting my stay off on a bad vibe. Lastly, the hotel isn’t as nice as it once was. Less amenities, less clean. Probably won’t stay here again.

The house keeping team especially Mary was great. Our room looked great every day. The location so close to the beach was ideal because we love being in the water.

It was a wonderful location, close to quiet beaches. We even saw a turtle! The towel service was great. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. The cleaning staff were amazing. The restaurant was well located and the children’s menu was good. The pool was nice and clean. It was great to sit and chat by the pool with a drink or something to eat. Big comfortable beds. There are shady rest areas that lend themselves to relaxing. The ambience was relaxing and enjoyable. The lei making workshop was a must do! Cathy is great! Very family friendly!

Some restaurant service could be improved. There were several amazing servers.

ロビーに上がるのにスロープがなく、ベビーカーを使用していたので毎回階段を上げるのが大変だった。ベルマンは手伝ってくれなかった。 毎日リゾート税が41ドル加算される。 浴室に浴槽がなくシャワーも壁付きタイプだったので幼児の入浴が大変だった。

Amazing Hotel! Family Friendly Hotel, Free kids policy, Our room upgraded to Marina View, 1 bedroom suite, with double balcony, perfect for longer stays. closed to everything, has happy hour every afternoon. great pool.

Just keep in mind if having big strollers like uppababy cruz or vista, the lobby has no stroller access. but the staff are very friendly to help, so no problem at all.

Great location, good view and pleasant decor. Good facilities.

No housekeeping for the entire booking, had to phone reception to request for replenishment of items on a daily basis and no pre-warning about this. I would expect ceramic plates and metal knives and forks with breakfast and evening meals rather than paper plates and plastic cutlery.

it was very disappointing to find out on arrival after sis I Duvall you booking a hotel room to receive room service that the rooms weren’t serviced. it was very unhygienic after nine days not having the carpet vacuumed.
