Location was good. Parking was good. Bed was ok.

Staff, when checking in was very slow, couldn't find reservations and took ever. The water in shower was messed up. Either too cold or too hot and could not adjust properly.

Everything. The room was nasty. Tub was dirty. The curtain were ripped and had stains. I stayed 5 minutes prior to going back to the front desk for a refund. MATTIE acts as if she couldn't follow the policy listed and issue a refund. I immediately called my bank.

Curtains had wholes in it, outdated furniture, sink handles n fawcetts were rusted, door entry into room next door. Front door can see underneath it outside while closed.. Just not the quality Booking needs to associate it's clients with... Period!!!!

I cannot imagine eating anything at this facility. It was so incredibly dirty and unkempt.

The room was filthy! Stains on carpet and mattress, paint chipped off of walls, tears in the curtains from the outside, filthy grout in bathroom. The window screen in the bathroom was caked with who knows what. There was stuff (who knows what) splashed on the walls. Non smoking room with cigarette burns on the furniture. OLD microwave. Stains on refrigerator door. I was afraid to get under the covers so I slept on top with all of my clothes on! DO NOT STAY HERE. We paid over $100 for the night.

People from other rooms were talking laudly, singing and playing extremely loud music at 2am or 5am, we couldn't sleep at all.

Bad location people hanging out in the middle of the night making noise breaking things tried calling the office to let them know what's going on no answer as if No one was there. The ice machine was broken so was the mini fridge. I found and killed 6 roaches one of them i found crawling on me while i was sleeping. Bathroom was very dirty and in poor shape. All the sheets had burn holes the curtains all had holes and tears in them making it easy for people to peep into the room. I know people say you get what you pay for but I have been to other knights in but this hands down was the worst one by far i didn't feel safe barely slept because of the people hanging around and being disruptive so don't waste your money. Will never go back there again
