Was on 2nd floor. Cigarette smoke in hall and our room. Clothes smelled like it. This was our third time. Very disappointed. Caused sinus and headaches.

ROOMS to expensive --- Taking advantage of the events ( Gradulation of college students )

The front desk and kitchen staff were very nice.

We've stayed here before and it seems like they're letting it slip away. We stayed here again because we loved it before. This time the bathrooms weren't I'm great shape and the shower walls were dirty. Then when laying in bed, the pillows were so flat. I couldn't sleep all night. For the price that we had to pay for one night, I expected it to be alot better. Really considered it overpriced.

Excellent, lady managing was so professional, helpful and extremely positive!! Food was well prepared and good.

The bed was terrible. The air conditioner woke me up twice an hour with a terrible clicking sound like someone was trying to open the door. Also on booking.com when I booked, they asked for a $20 toilet fee upgrade. What was that???I paid fearing there would be no toilet or a bad one.

The toilet handle had to be pushed upwards, otherwise it will constantly run. A bigger trash can in the room would have been great since we have a baby.
