The rooms were old and smelled like mold, there was no breakfast even though it was supposed to be apart of our room rate. Terrible hotel🥲

No breakfast was told due to covid yet there was breakfast last year we stay there same time every year it says breakfast included yet no discount for not supply it

The ladies at the front desk were simply amazing.

The toilet was nasty and loose at the floor. The shower had a bad odor. I didn’t alert the front desk because they were kind enough to get me a room on the bottom floor. The soda vending machine was out of order and the coffee pot had an out of order sign on it.

The pool was closed!!! And there pool is why we wanted to stay there when I asked the lady at the desk where the pool was she got real snappy with me and raised her voice stating the pool is closed and wouldn’t be open for hours. She was really rude all in front of my family and stated she was the only one there and she couldn’t properly check the pool to open it. She Would not give me her name. And refused to refund or discount the room.
