No place to eat close by

The staff is friendly for the most part.

It’s filthy, key cards don’t work, couldn’t accommodate us sleeping never to a handful of rooms with barking dogs.

The room was disgusting. The carpet was soaked all around the AC. It smelled in there. Everything was stained. The floor molding was falling off the wall along where the AC is. The bathroom around the rib was all warped and moldy.

Clean rooms. Comfy beds. Good AC. Clean, soft linens. Great location.

Swimming pool area had no lights. Dim and muggy and burned eyes from the chlorine. No fans in the room either. Very small pool. Light and ventilation would go a long way.

It was clean, comfortable and easily accessible to the freeway.

Two lightbulbs were out in the bathroom, one was required for the shower. Called the front desk- they said they’d look into it, but no one ever came, nor did they follow up with me. I don’t often shower in the dark, and this was one of the handicap rooms!

The address to this property takes you about 15 to the west into an open field via Waze and google maps. Someone needs to fix this. It was a real pain. Wanted to cancel my reservation but couldn’t. Went back to the Sleep Inn I had passed and wanted to see if they would honor my reservation. Low and behold this was the place after all. Told the lady my issue and she said many have complained about this. Someone then should fix it.

Towels looks old Entrance needs to be clean it was dirty, and for any business is the first impression Shower and toilet needs a little TLC

When we found our assigned room very dirty, they immediately changed us to a cleaner room. We were positioned near the elevator so my crippled husband could more easily walk to the car. Upon changing rooms, we left an important filter pitcher in the first room. I called, when we were already far away, and they found it and sent it (our cost 😏) to our next destination.
