The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The young lady, Saturday evening, recommended a great restaurant. Our room was quite large, with a full size refrigerator and small sink and stovetop. Everything was clean. Don’t let the surrounding area put you off. Older buildings are being demolished and look a little ratty, but the Best Western is new and clean. The hotel sits right by I-40, on the south side, and restaurants and stores are on the north.

The breakfast offerings were adequate, but just didn’t taste the best. However, there is a good variety to choose from, including an automatic pancake machine.

The room was beautiful and more than we expected.

The location. The room was ok.

The front desk staff made me feel like I was a bother. There were three women who just wanted to get me checked in and on my way. They didn’t ask or welcome me as a Best Western customer. It was 115 degrees outside and a bottle of water would have been nice. it was an executive hotel but I was not told about the amenities in the room… i.e. glasses and real cups, plates, etc. There are plastic utensils in view so who knew there was more? Please change out the sleeves that the key card is in. Mine looked like it has been used since before covid. See photo. A comfy chair would be nice. A keurig coffee maker seems important in such an executive room.

close to interstate 40 and restaurants and near a Walmart Super Center/ Hobby Lobby complex with more restaurants nearby.

A bit awkward to get to as it sits behind another motel close to the road and road, while paved, is showing signs of age and wear .

Breakfast was acceptable. Food was fresh. Plates and silverware were low quality and near impossible to cut pancakes or spread cream cheese.

The bathroom had many long black hairs. On the floor, in the sink, on the toilet seat. The staff cleaned it before my return. They were all in my garbage can! I had to shorten my stay, but hotel management was not willing to negotiate with Booking.com on reducing my costs.

All was satisfactory. Also had a good breakfast.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Hotel was quiet so able to rest.

Lovely suite, nicely decorated, close to the freeway and easy to get to my car- is my description of the hotel. I will definitely stay there again, and highly recommend it.
