Breakfast was delicious and every staff member we had an encounter with were very friendly and helpful. The room was also nice and clean. We also had house keeping come in to tidy up while we stepped out for the day. That was greatly appreciated!

I loved the facility very clean and nice. Breakfast was very good nice selection and the coffee is amazing.

The a.c in our room would not get cold very warm and hard to sleep.

My issue was the shower. Getting in and out right on top of toilet was awkward. Opening would have worked better on end by door. My husbands complaint was that none of the gym equipment worked other then treadmill

the close proximity to the Air Force base for my son’s graduation.

there was food in the sofa bed that I had to get cleaned by someone. the hot tub did not work. the pool was cold and pool deck was very slippery. my daughter slipped and fell. the gym equipment was all broken and could not be used when my son went to workout.The bar was not open every night. and the rooms had a strange odor.

The staff was very nice, polite and very nice about telling me where to go.

It seemed that a lot of thing were not in operation. Our hair dryer didn’t work, the outlets were very wobbly so we could not plug anything into the walls, the pool was very chilly for being heated, the hot tub had no jets working so it was just a really hot pool of water that looked unsanitary, the gym had machines that were not working or worked poorly, and I said good morning to two roaches in the bathroom. I picked this hotel because of the pool and hot tub for me and the kids to enjoy, and not being able to use them was a bummer
