We booked 4 rooms in November 2022 for a concert and when we got there the hotel didn't have our reservation and we had the confirmation number and still the hotel couldn't find us so we called bookings and basically got told to bad we will not help you find another one or give us a discount nothing all they did was im glad gave us a refund we have yet to receive

Well, apparently the person who pays for the room has to be 21. Which they denied us when we came to check in, since the person who payed for the room was under 21 in our group when they had a legal adult with them. The attendant didn’t give a proper reason why we couldn’t stay other than that the person who pays has to be 21. Which doesn’t make sense because let’s say you and your parents were going on a vacation stay. And you were about to pay for your parents and your room and your under 21 but you put the reservation name under your parents name, they would not accept you because this is exactly what happen to us.

Was very roomy, friendly staff.
Air conditioner leaked all over the carpet and light bulb was out in the bathroom, making it very dim to see. Breakfast could have been extended to accommodate check out time

It was hard to find this hotel because of the road construction.

The updated room was beautiful. So happy that there was no carpet.

Free breakfast was very good. Beds were comfortable. Had a nice sitting area in the room.
We were on the 2nd floor which was no big deal but we were on the back side. No balcony. No hot tub was VERY disappointed! Also could not take any beverage into pool room. Lastly road construction (while not their fault) should have been notified that the road we needed to use was not available..

The hotel management was friendly. The room was clean and bright. The continental breakfast was good and there was a nice assortment of food.
Nobodies fault, but the entryway, pool area and hallway being painted at the time of our visit. The pool water could have been warmer.

The shampoo and conditioner were half full and there were only two bath towels. The wifi didn’t work. The room above us was really loud, I’m assuming because of the laminate flooring.

We had no idea it was in the midst of a looooong renovation. The room had minimal furniture. Smelled like chemicals...maybe flooring glue. And the ONLY reason we stayed here was because we had in the past ( when it was a Best Western) and it had a swim-out pool. It looks like it is still there in the internet pics but they filled it in and got rid of it! Bad move. Lost the only benefit this place had over 'like' hotels in the town. And the other ones are newer and cleaner...and complete.

Requested room above ground floor. Booking.com approved request, but got room 101 across from check in desk on ground floor. Noisy. Toilet wouldn't flush. Outdated furniture.

The lighting is terrible. The room was sparse. All in all, it was ok.....but somewhat below Quality Inn standards.
I found a dirty sock under the one and only chair in the room. Ugh.

The hotel was clean, and large rooms.
They failed to mention the pool was closed before our stay. We didn't get any kind of discount for the pool being closed. And the beds are VERY uncomfortable.

The are trying to fix things up at this property but still have a way to go.
The are trying to fix things up at this property but still have a way to go. The fridge in our room was dead but they didn't want to swap one out from a different room for us, even though there were empty rooms. There wewre ants crawling all over the bathroom floor and a hole in the carpet. Much of the carpet needed cleaned - it didn't look like they swept regularly. (Probably because of the workers staying there, tracking in with work boots every day)
