Drawer in room broken and would slide out on its own, causing me to run into it in the middle of the night-not happy; Ice machine not working; ran out of milk for breakfast; no laundry detergent available.

first time here and I ended up booking for another night, because I was so comfortable.

Great location for the things we wanted to do while in Red Wing

At breakfast staff was having a meeting in the entry to the breakfast area. A couple of them express loudly and with passion that they were being treated unfairly or things were not being done properly. They should have taken the discussion to a meeting room not in the busy breakfast area where you had to get past them to get breakfast.

Breakfast was very good and plentiful.

Hot tub was out of commission.

Proximity to the casino and stores. The size of the room was nice. Good water pressure.

The breakfast was disappointing, we could hear everyone running around, not sound proofed very well. The parking lot was like an ice skating rink and there weren't enough parking spots due to the restaurant being busy and all the snow piled up in parking spots instead of being removed.

Great staff.Nice room

Bed was too hard. Left with a bad backache. Lady taking care of the breakfast area was cranky. Some guests got the sausage and eggs from the chaffing buffet and left the lid open. She came out and growled..I don't know why you can't shut the lid. The next morning she grumbled about guests that left cups out and having to clean the counter. This was not under her breath, but loud enough for guests to hear.

The rooms and general hotel areas were clean. Breakfast was pretty good. The staff were very friendly.

The furniture in our room was defective or something, and none of the drawers on the dresser or night stand would stay closed. They would open and then inevitably someone would run into them. The room was sort of small, but not too bad. It just seemed rather expensive for one night.
