Front desk staff was nice

Broken exterior doors.

Building was smelling too old.

I reserved the hotel for one night but got stuck in snow and I canceled it after one hour. Although my reservation was non refundable, the manager accepted to refund me back. The reception was also friendly and helpful. Thanks

Location and comfort of the beds

The shower didn't get hot, wouldn't turn off, and free breakfast was not best.

The breakfast was good, the staff was helpful and nice, and it was a relatively quiet building.

When we got to our room, the first thing we saw when we looked out our window was a guy in the very back of the parking lot with a camera set up on a tripod and he appeared to be doing some sort of creepy surveillance of one or more of the rooms, including ours. We were in a bit of a hurry so I didn’t call to complain about it and he left shortly after we arrived. That was a bit unnerving. Also the hallways were very outdated and stinky, our coffee pot was missing, pool was out of service. This hotel should have been $50 per night, not $100+. I will say though that the only two employees that we saw, the woman that checked us in and the woman at the breakfast, were very nice and hard working.

it did the trick for our purposes

I’m a tea drinker so I like when hot water is available all day and not just coffee

Rooms was nice very comfortable.

Breakfast was not great a grab and go was not what we were expecting. Would have been nice to have a shower curtain in the bathroom.
