Breakfast was great both mornings that we were there. Magdalena was very polite and helpful during our stay.

The security camera was not working while we were staying there by the front entrance. My son's vehicle was broken into the last night we stayed and his belongings were stolen. There was no video surveillance to show to the police to catch the perpetrator.

The Fairbridge is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Location! Just off the freeway so no road noise. Close to many restaurants.

The staff was friendly an apologetic that the elevator was curretly out but said someone was coming to fix it. Which was done shortly after we arrived. My father walks with a cane and she said she would give us a first level room if they had any.

Nothing that isn't typical in most hotels.

The jacuzzi tub was amazing, and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was great, too.

Like the location of property. Hotel was clean but carpeting in the halls were worn and first impression lead me to question room maintance. However the rooms were nice and updated.

Hallway carpets could be replaced.

The carpet as you got off elevator was stained and very worn and had a funky smell

Decent breakfast, nice pool and jacuzzi.

The mattress was extremely soft, too much for my comfort but that is very personal. A somewhat squeaky bedframe was annoying but nothing life-threatening.
