The staff was very friendly which was a surprise.

The room was fairly clean but the bathroom floor was flitty. It really needs a good steam cleaning. I am not sure of the carpet but I never took my shoes off. The bed spreads on both beds had holes in them, The towels were the cheapest you could buy, The water in the shower never got warm. Thank goodness I was going straight home. The paint job was good and they made a good attempt to freshen up the outside. The staff was very friendly which was a surprise. Next time I am in Lake Charles I will spend a little more for a better room.

The location was ideal, price was reasonable, room was reasonably clean and comfortable to stay in.

Great location right off 10..parking lot very well lit..room was clean and comfortable..staff was very nice..great Mexican restaurant directly across the street (but be very careful crossing the street)

Not sure what was going on but very very early on a Sunday morning, it sounded like the floor in the room above me was being replaced...this wasn't the sound of someone getting up and walking around..much much worse..not on a Sunday morning!

party next room about 8 to 10 people loud really loud rap music then sounded like a fight we left at 10pm when to manager told him I believe he was afraid to go down there we asked for a refund for the 2 days booked an was refused we left an checked into a Comfort inn saw today he had billed us for for the 2 days I reported it to my Discover card rd departments

the housekeeper at 9 am came in on New Year’s Day to see if we were gone when we had until 11 to check out.

There was barely any water when we showered, I was charged an extra $20 deposit upon arrival and said its not posted anywhere. The one that set me over the top was when I went to breakfast and there isnt one, but they display a beautiful breakfast pictures on their site

The “business king suite” has decent pillows and the bed was pretty comfy as well! Other than the smell of cigarettes in the room, the room was clean.

When I booked the room I chose the business king suite, I chose the room rather than the regular king room due to extra space and the cabinet space, larger fridge etc. however after immediately entering the room my husband and I realize that the room wasn’t anything close to the business king suite pictured on the website! We didn’t complain in fact we didn’t mention anything until checkout and at that time we were told that all the rooms are the same size, even though the size also is stated during the time of booking and the room i chose shows a bigger size! So don’t be fooled by the pictures… or the sizes….apparently they’re all the same! It smelled of cigarettes in the room when we entered, and I chose non smoking! We had to park a good ways from the room once we got back from our event for the night. At the event we were talking to people more familiar with the area and the area isn’t exactly the safest and we will probably never return nor recommend. Also when we arrived the front desk staff was kinda rude, definitely not friendly or welcoming!

I was forced to pay extra money because they canceled my reservation without even calling me. My check-in was scheduled for 7pm and it was canceled at 12:48 pm! The lady at the desk said they cancel reservations so they can resell the rooms! They advertise free breakfast, but all you get is coffee and juice. The room looked clean, but I could smell someone's perfume on my blanket, and the sheets made me itchy all night. Oh, and the room smelled like someone dumped a whole bottle of fabuloso on the floor!! Made me want to vomit!
