I like the hot breakfast and the extended continental breakfast. Pool and hot tub were wonderful.

Everything was better than we expected! The room was spacious, clean and had a micro, safe and coffee (didn't expect those)! The bed was comfortable and fresh. We enjoyed the hot and fresh breakfast, too. Also, the front desk clerks (Sarah and Brian) were so friendly and helpful. You are very lucky to have that caliber of people working for you.

My husband just told me the safe didn't work.

Breakfast was great made to order eggs, hashbrowns, bacon or sausage. The pool is great large somewhat warm. There were other people so it was large enough you didnt feel crowded. Lots of parking.

Carpet was soaking wet it had just been cleaned. The lock was not working. there were strange people walking around in the hallway. Beds were not very comfortable. Overall its an okay place to stay.

It was too hot in the room. Heat was turned all the way down and the air conditioner was covered so that couldn't be used.

My husband has a disability and staff moved us to a handicap room, which I was SO GRATEFUL for. However, there was no shower chair or anything for any disabled person to sit on while showering. This is a huge safety concern. I strongly suggest they address this.

There was an available room and the staff was nice.

I like the place and stay there alot. But this time I was snowed in and my car broke down so I had to stay. I just wish in occasions like this a person could get a better deal. I really couldn't afford the stay but I had no choice and no where else to go. Since I'm a frequent customer it would have been nice to get a deal.

I liked the hot breakfast and how awesome the staff was. They were very nice and helpful. I also like that there was laundry facilities. Most places don't have a laundry facility. The pool area was nice and spacious to.

I got a pool side room and it was pretty stuff. The bathroom was very small. But that is really the only thing I could say I didn't care for.
