inside the room. this is the second time. the jets in the jacuzzi did not work !

The two guy that was working there was rude and mean.. I booked the wrong room and had to pay more For the Jacuzzi which was fine. The man at the front wouldn’t even give me two key card and told me I don’t need two Because We was together and if one of us leave just take the key. we didn’t even drive together but what ever. Then when I get to the room its weed on my bed and drinks in the refrigerator. I called the front desk because the Jacuzzi wasn’t working the men was getting smart and talking to me like I was slow or something. they never came to my room I had to go to the front for them to even come to my room to check the Jacuzzi out then when he came he basically said that It was supposed to be like that and I proceeded to tell him I’ve been there several times before and it was never liked that so I just told him to leave because I was in there by myself and I was uncomfortable with going back-and-forth with him. on top of all of that I washed my hair in the morning before I was leaving and the blow dryer was not working so I had to leave out in the cold winter with my hair wet.. It was just a mess

The Location was fine near a lot of places for food and or shopping

There is a hidden $100 fee no tells you about till you get there booking. Com doesn't mention it till you read the reviews

The room was nasty the floor was wet by the the tub we didn't even get into the tub cause it was dirty and the shower in the bathroom had bugs in to the guys at the front desk was very rude
