The room had a kitchen and a large fridge.

Ants all over the place especially in the kitchen, cigarette smoking, 1 trash bin for the whole room, toilet overflowed and had to be serviced, stained pullout couches, dirty bathtub, lied on accommodation: sold a 2 bedroom suite as a 1 bedroom with 3 queen beds (not true), no breakfast, the facility was not clean.

No tissues ever ,stains in supposedly washed sheets and towels!!1ply toilet paper that you can’t get from housekeeping only front desk!!!laundry room no ventilation!!!extremely Hot and muggy!!!..put trash outside your door still there for hours!!!No good soap!!tiny samples bars!!cheap towels and wash clothes!!

The General manager was incompetent and talked about his employees to each other causing controversy throughout the property!! Don’t have a Clue what he’s doing,but will terminate staff in front of customers!!And brag about he’s from Dubai and family has Money!!No respect for any customers except for what he calls his people!!From his country!!!Cant keep good maintenance people cause he’s on ego trip about having multiple cars and lots of money!!! And refuse to give own information cause he says he’s the Big Boss and no one can go over his Head!!Asked GManager about opening restaurant for breakfast and lunch!!He says no ,he doesn’t need the Money,it will be Used for storage!!! The pool won’t be open cause Gmanager says it’s too much attention to people that might be negative people!!

It was conveniently located but so are a lot of other nicer hotels across the street.

The front desk was shady and asking me for more and more money to "tip the staff" also did the complete opposite at check in than I asked for as far as charging my card for the room. There was numerous people outside who were on drugs and one even yelled at us about our "lack of humanity" we only stayed one night thank God. I'll never go back. I'd rather pay more to stay somewhere safe. 3 stars was wayyy to generous. Wish I never wasted a dime supporting this place.
