You cannot beat the location! We were in unit 10 with a view of the beach.

The only complaint I have is that the toilet had issues.

Loved the location. Quiet and very close to the beach. The free laundry facility was a bonus. Great communication with the host. Will stay again.

Missed a good broom for sweeping the floor, was only a dustpan&brush available. Teatowels and a surface cleaning spray would also be good to have.

This location is steps from the beach. The property and the room were clean and had what we needed to stay a week. We had groceries delivered and it worked out so well. We used the gas grill and had no issues. There is a laundry room at no cost, which was really nice as we do quite a bit of laundry. Check-in was super easy with a keypad for entry. There are patio tables and chairs available that I used to work from some days and others just to sip on a glass of wine and enjoy the swaying of the palm trees. We will absolutely be back at Southwinds Inn!

The staff was awesome anything that I needed they accommodate the location could have been any better, access to the beach. I can't wait to stay you guys again see you next year

Well the new owners are working hard to get the place in better shape. bathroom window does not open and blinds are old/ broken. For the price i think all was ok anyways. The kitchen needs a few basics like coffee, salt sugar etc.. The area is 10 percent half crazy people and restuarnts are expensive. It's 1 hour walk to the nearest store - Walmart. Nice that we had a kitchen

Loved the location, 1.5 block to beach! Staff was very, very nice & friendly. Room was very clean. Staff speaks Spanish, French & English. Almost Everything was NEW, kitchen supplies, coffee maker & toaster, plates, glasswear, utensils, wished they included salt/pepper, but maybe with Covid ... free wifi, restaurants on boardwalk in walking distance, will definitely consider returning!

The Refridge was right next to the bed. Being that it was new, each time I open it, it moved the fridge forward. Beach umbrella chairs provided abet older. Bathroom door is in the 'storage' area (hard to explain). There may not be enough parking with # rooms. Careful with step up from parking to patio where rooms are, almost tripped each time! Besides a mishap with the keycode, it was a very nice visit.
