The food is horrible. The Café Store was the best option for me. The pools are closed very early, around the 7pm. After the sunset there is nothing to do, except walking on the street.

Location, tons to do, clean, friendly staff. Plenty of bars and restaurants in hotel and in walking distance. I must is eating at GG, and do yourself a favor and have the Filet Mignon (to die for!!!!). I will definitely stay again.

The beach was great, and the property and staff were amazing. bartender David on adults only bar was Fantastic!!! very friendly and helpful. the breakfast cafe was very nice to have, and the restaurants were all good. fast service by the pools too.

mini fridge was delivered smelling of fish, one bathroom sink didn’t drain very well, I wish balcony had clear glass windows instead of metal bars. also adult pool should be heated, a tad deeper, and wish that there was a hot tub in the adult only area.

Pool was wonderful. Great atmosphere at the hotel.

We did not have our room cleaned in 2 days. Got back to the room at 4:00 after spending all day out and it still wasn't cleaned or bed made. We got clean towels from a maid that we saw on the other end of the floor. The second day the same issue. Not happy about it. complained to front desk and basically nothing was done. The next day we checked out and mentioned how not happy we were. It was just "Oh, sorry".

very clean and had all the Amenities to enjoy ourselves including chairs and umbrella for the beach. they were very accommodating with food allergies as well.

The location of our room to the 11th floor pool was amazing. I also really liked how everything was easy to get together. The room was nice. Overall a good experience

the people who serve the tiki bar .they prioritize the people who pass by outside the tiki bar and we as guests have to wait up to 30 and 40 minutes to be served a drink, tiki bar belongs to the hotel I think we have some priority they have to solve this since we had to leave the place with a bad experience
