Extremely clean. Rooms are very spacious. Very nice breakfast buffet with omelettes made to order the way you like them. Nice variety too. The Prime Rib dinner with the fingerling potatoes and asparagus at the Flying Spoons onsite restaurant, is truly Devine!

The manager reception didn’t offer much. Drinks are very limited. I understand that they are complimentary, however for the amount of the room, more variety would be nice. The pool closes at 11. On the weekends a little later would be nice seeing some guest go out for the evening and would miss the pool hours therefore not really enjoying all of the amenities. Just a thought 🥰

Clean good location

Really wasn't anything I didn't like but the location of the TV mad it hard to watch from the couch area there should be and extension devise that it is mounted to so you have an option to turn and rotate the screen

My 2nd time staying here and it was amazing again. I will stay here again 😁

The staff was friendly and courteous.

The room did not have enough lighting. My friend and I both wear glasses and it was too dim in the room. Also constantly having to put the key in the slot for light in the kitchenette area was annoying. We also hated the shower head . It was not as flexible as needed and was awkward. I understand the waterfall concept but this one was not good. Invest in some that have dual heads and consider patrons that are 6ft and taller.

The pancakes were delicious. The grits and potatoes were good. The bed and pillows were amazing and we slept like a baby. I loved the shower head and the complimentary happy hour(2 free drink vouchers per adult). The upgrade for $4 drinks was nice as well.

I didn’t see any sausage patties or bacon, my daughter told me on the way home it was at the station with the pancakes which I wasn’t aware since there wasn’t a sign. The peach juice was a little thick for my liking. The pool was ice cold even though it was indoor. For the rate I definitely expected it to be heated. I was not able to get in the hot tub because it was filthy. The elevator became slower and slower throughout the stay. Upon checkout we had to take the stairs with all our bags it was me and my 2 children so that was “fun “. We waited over 5 mins for the elevator that just kept making noises but not coming to us it finally opened but made another loud noise and I decided the last thing I needed was to be stuck so the stairs it was. We were in town for a surprise birthday party so I requested 3 reservations be as close as possible since we are family, it was only partially fulfilled. 1 of the reservations was on the 2nd floor the other 2 were on the 3rd so that was a little inconvenient.

Location was great and the breakfast was excellent. My family and I was very pleased with our stay.

there was no sheets and cover for the pull out had to call front desk for it. only to find out the sheets was still in the pull out from the prior guests; which means it wasn't cleaned thoroughly. only for the worker to ask me (well is that it) the heat wasn't working like that. and there was know dishes as in silver wear or anything in that nature. which I would expect for the cost of this

Good location for breakfast area because of easier access. Mike was impressed with the bar selections . I loved the pool and hot tub. Beautiful room.

I assumed that when I told the staff when checking in that I had a 4 year old with us that we would have a bathtub but was disappointed .
