We always enjoy staying at the Comfort Inn. It provides a good value and is very comfortable. A hot breakfast was included and the Cracker Barrel Restaurant and gift shop is right beside it. Getting off and back on the I-95 was easy. And location is back off the main road and quiet. The double blinds that closed easily and completely were great either using one for sun or both for making the room dark to sleep.

The bathroom vanity was small. The carpet was stained in a few places. There was a huge arm chair between one of the queen beds and the wall on one side, making getting out on that side hard. Boxes were piled up in the hallway opposite the elevator for upcoming renovations.

renovations had started prior to arrival. no mention of renovations on the Booking.com website or from the staff when we called to request (and were confirmed) a first floor room. advised of renovations at checkin and found that front desk had not documented the commitment to a first floor room despite our request. admitting front desk clerk “helped us out” by finding us a first floor room that was not being renovated but all was for naught as the scent of marijuana absolutely permeated the first floor. elected to leave after only one night, incurring a $100+ loss as a result.

Hotel is old and fairly worn out. Clean and maintained but just old and worn out. In the current condition they should not be charging as much as they are.

Excellent customer service. Its an older property but you can tell it is very well maintained. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable.

Fitness center terrible! Only 3 pieces of equipment and they were all badly rusted out. I was only able to use 1 out of 3 pieces.
