We loved the location in the quieter north area and close to north end beaches. The hosts were great and provided a nice breakfast each morning, as well as gave great food suggestions for Tybee Island and Savannah.

The only issue we had was getting use to the steps inside the room in several places, especially going into the bathroom and out of the bathroom. Had to remember that so we wouldn’t fall :-)

The location was nice. Walking distance to N. beach! The place was adorable with a beautiful garden. The innkeepers/owners were very sweet and welcoming and served a delicious breakfast. 24 hr coffee bar.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Like there was a board underneath.

I've stayed in Bed and Breakfasts that had daily housekeeping. Was disappointed that was not the case here.

The location was the best part of my stay. We walked everywhere, and that was cool. The ease of check-in was a close 2nd. The other tenants were friendly, although the place is a historic house and it is very well kept. I would stay here again. They offered free beach towels, which was great since we did forget ours.

I stayed in the Sea Cabin, and I hated the fact that I could not sleep in due to being next to the kitchen. So I was awake every morning around 6 am, and that part truly sucked for me. Also, we never met the owner,which I would've appreciated just to know who they were. Lastly, we were missing pillow cases on a couple pillows, which was fine bc we are not really pillow ppl

Such an adorable place to stay!!! Very quiet and peaceful!! Perfect place to stay with walking distance to the beach, lighthouse, and many restaurants, etc.!!! The owners were amazing and sweet! They did an excellent job with breakfast and both mornings were delicious 😋!!!

Breakfast was wonderful, The inn was very nice and enjoyed sitting on the front porch drinking our coffee in the cooler weather.

Room was dusty and the lights outside shined right in our room at night. Putting shades or blinds in would be beneficial to the Savannah Beach room.

The owners were amazing. It was Christmas afternoon when we arrived and we were heading out to find a place for dinner. They opened their home and invited us to have dinner with them and their family. This memory will remain forever and we will go back

This was my first time visiting Tybee Island however it will be first and last time I stay @ the Tybee Island Inn Bed & Breakfast. I read so many great reviews saw that the rating on Trip Advisor was an 8.6 (excellent.) When I arrived Vasa (the owner) stated once she showed me to my room that the power may go in and out but if it does she would figure it out. Red flag # 1….at 1:30 a.m. the power kept going on and off. At 2 a.m. the power went completely out. I am a C-Pap user due to my obstructive sleep apnea. I didn’t sleep a wink. At 8 a.m. I went to the lobby and Vasa was lighting the fireplace saying she didn’t know when the power would come back on but to come sit by the fireplace. I then gave her my form and my driver’s license and asked for a partial refund because of the inconvenience. Vasa responds “oh no refunds because you stayed the whole night, but the next time you book I will take care of you.” I did not even know it was an option to get a refund if I left in the middle of the night plus how would she have known?! Oh wait, it doesn’t matter because my entire trip was paid in full a week prior so she could care less if I left or stayed. I am aware and I understand she can not control the weather however I feel she could’ve been a better hostess. For example she did not knock on my door and offer a space heater, extra blankets, or even ask are you okay?! As a business owner who specializes in hospitality this was a gross negligence. I support small businesses and wanted to have a quaint birthday trip, this was not the case I do not recommend staying here as the customer service proved to be less than desired.

The inn was beautiful and close to the beach and the light house. The staff was friendly and very welcoming, the breakfasts were delicious. The stairs to our room were very steep and narrow. I loved the room but would ask for a downstairs room in the future. The parking was very tight, and some guests were rude and took more than their share of space. The location was right beside of a rehab facility, which meant lots of people in the area and traffic. It was clean, beautiful, always smelled great as soon as you walked in. And I would highly recommend staying, just ask for a downstairs room.
