The property was conveniently located close to restaurants, shops and the beach.
Property was nice but could use some upgrades and some touch up painting to give it a fresh clean look.
1.0
The location was close to beach activities.
No ac and little communication from owner. Had to be relocated to another area across town away from beach which was point of family time there. Very limited towels and cleaning products provided. Ice maker did not work at all. Parking was not communicated that the space was impossible to fit midsized vehicle. Shower was dirty. Had to utilize public parking which was an extra cost of $42 per day per vehicle.

Location was great, close to the beach and restaurants.
All the pillows need to be replaced, very flat. Also parking spot was hard to get in and out of, a very tight squeeze.

Near the main area of Tybee,
Near the beach.
No parking for this unit unless you are riding a motorcycle, bike or clown car. Even with a regular small car you cannot
get into the assigned parking place due to the wall and a concrete post. After calling Vacasa and getting someone in NJ, I was told well that's it on the parking...
I paid to park at the motel across the street.
Never this unit again!

Great location walking distance to the beach and restraunts. Perfect set up for a small family. The only thing I would make others aware of is that the parking space available is VERY SMALL! So small I don’t that even a small car could fit in it. Come prepared to pay for public parking which was close to $50 per day when we stayed in April 2024. We do plan to stay again in the near future.

We were able to walk to the boardwalk with stores and restaurants. The apartment was clean.
#1 parking was atrocious. The spot designated was for a compact vehicle not a full size truck. We were to pull our vehicles into an end spot between the wall and a cement pylon. Almost impossible and my husband had to crawl over the console to get out the passenger side. “Very tight” is an understatement. On street parking is $42 a day, an extra $250 for the five days we stayed. Unacceptable to not know this when looking at the unit’s description.
#2 the elevator to our third flood unit never worked. We were stuck in it with a baby - that could have been a disaster. Happen to be the repair man was there to get us out. He worked 1/2 the day and into the evening and never got it working. Again, unacceptable to list in the description and never have it useable. Not even luggage carts to use.
#3 the rooftop pool that is 3 1/2 feet. No pool furniture. It had been taken out. It would have been nice to relax around it but you could only stand. The code was not given with the room code. We had to call to get it.
One of the questions asked of me was how satisfied I was by the staff? What staff? We met 1 cleaning woman the whole time we were there. We helped her carry her vacuum and mops up the 3 flights because there was no working elevator. Even though I had issues to be resolved, I was never able to “speak” with a human being.

Comfortable, convenient parking, large shower, elevator, washer/dryer, master bed was ok. Plenty of indoor seating and saved some money cooking our own meals with all the appliances offered. Decorations were cute and it was very inviting.
Dishwasher doesnt wash dishes which led to finding dirty dishes, broken un-useable furniture, broken door to the washer dryer area, second bed was terrible to sleep on. Sight stated it was 400 ft from beach, it is actually on the second city block so we had to walk further than we planned w our elderly mom. The dining area is cluttered.

Great location. Was able to walk to everything. Uses the car only to get groceries and drive to Savannah and Fort Pulaski. Had dinner at The Crab Shack on the way back. Best ever Low Country Boil from there.
The parking spot for our unit was very difficult to maneuver into.

What breakfast? We cooked our own you couldn't afford to buy a meal. We bought 2 meals in restaurants. The food made my granddaughter sick and it was very expensive for what it was .
Best part of the stay after we paid out the a## to park.

We liked the location. We drove to eat out only one time. The condo was decorated great for a beach vacation getaway.
The master bath was nice. But we found the shower to be slippery. We put a mat in the shower so that we would not slip and fall. A bench in the shower would be great, too.

Close to the beach, a great place to stay.
The sheet in one room was dirty but we had extra to change so it was all good.

The parking space allotted only for a VERY compact car and there was no clear direction on how to go about being reimbursed for public street parking. Ultimately we were reimbursed, but it took time and several phone calls and texts to resolve.

It was just beautiful. Probably the best I’ve ever stayed in. I felt like I belonged there.
There was nothing I didn’t like.

The home was well appointed with cookware, glasses, dishes, towels, etc. It is beautifully decorated, in a convenient location and has a nice little private balcony however the property description and photos were a little misleading.
The beds are NOT queen size beds as described in the listing. There was only one small trash bag for a 5 night stay. There was no recycling bins on property. The slide lock on the entry door didn’t work. There was only one sheet for the sofa bed, plenty of blankets but no sheets or pillow cases. The bedding on the other beds were very old and worn. No parking passes were left for us despite signs everywhere warning of cars being towed without passes displayed. No one from VACASA answered texts or phone calls (I was on hold for over 15 minutes before hanging up to try another number listed on the door. Left a message but didn’t get a call back. No return call or text messages regarding the parking passes until the next day. The pool is TINY. The place is fine and we enjoyed our stay there but the description in the listing was a little deceiving. Photos on the listing includes rooms not in the apartment. For the price I would have rather had two hotel rooms down the way.

Unit was large and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed to live comfortably for a week. Building was convenient to shops and restaurants.
Unit was not ocean side. There were no beach chairs provided. Elevator did not work for 3 of 6 days. The floors were filthy and need more of a cleaning. Our feet and socks were black walking around. We had to use plunger to get hall bathroom sink to drain TV in bedroom would not come on. Seemed stuck on CD mode
