Very clean, accommodating. Amazing staff that is helpful with any supplies needed for the stay and parking passes, etc. Friendly and polite staff the entire stay. Comfortable room and beds, comfy thin bed cover and sheets, clean microwave, mini fridge, beautiful table and four chairs, and shelving with tons of space for storing items easily.
Two faucets outside the rooms for rinsing off, etc. Very close to great restaurants & and convenient store for essentials.
Nothing about the property I did not like. The limited parking spots at the Inn are the only thing I would change.

The location is the only good thing about this place.
We had a small mirror in the bathroom that was so high at 5’1” we couldn’t see in so we had to go get a mirror to use. No working plugins in the bathroom. Broken fridge/freezer that could not be replaced until 24 hours after check in. Tiny room with 2 hard beds that were squeezed in what looks to have been a one bedroom unit. No dresser/stand. Had to sleep with suitcases on bed because nowhere to place them. Filthy floor that caused us to have black feet if we didn’t have flops on. We had 1 roll of toilet paper and the front desk was rude when we asked for another roll. 3 towels were given to get 2 people through 4 days of stay. We were given 1 old style key and told if we lost it after 11pm, there would be no one to let us back in until they opened up the next day and there would be a $50 fee for that. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible. The only plus was the location.

The location was great and the manager was very helpful
the door opening up on the side walk, we thought that we might hit someone when opening the door.

Great location around many restaurants and close to the beach.
Not very comfortable. Couch is more of a futon type and EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. Bed was hard as a rock. The whole place could use an upgrade but the bathroom especially. The shower head was one stream that pelted you regardless of trying to adjust. No toilet paper holder. Brackets on the wall where the towel bar used to be and the door peeling all along the top. The old school lock with key is fine but the handle was wobbly and definitely not very secure. There was no other locking devise on the door. Not a lot of parking

Location
This was by far the nastiest, outdated and over priced hotel I've ever stayed out. When I first walked into the room, it smelled like mold. When I did a walk through, I couldn't believe they would let someone stay there. Especially for that price. I went back to the front desk and told the lady at the front that we had black mold all in our room. Her response to me was kind of shocking. "Yeah, we battle it all the time." So I'm expecting her to move me but instead she looks at me and asks what did I want her to do? She said "I'm completely full and so are our sister hotels." Then she said she would talk to the manager about discounting our room. I just said ok (even though I was very uncomfortable staying in that room) since we were traveling with family that were staying there also and didn't want to stay far away from them. So further inspection of the room made my stay so uncomfortable, I couldn't wait to check out and leave and that is sad considering I'm on vacation at the beach and paid almost $500 for 2 nights. When it was finally time to leave that disgusting room, I went to check out. I asked the lady at the front (same as check-in day) if she was going to give me some money back on my stay since there was black mold in my room. She said "Oh I'm sorry, I was really busy and didn't get a chance to ask. But I call him in a little bit and I'll let you know what he said by 3PM." Do you think it heard from her? No. That was twice she said she would ask but didn't. If it had been her room and her money I'm sure it would have been done asap. There is so much more I could write, I'll just let the pictures I took speak for themselves.

Location was great.
Everything except location, sand was everywhere and I know I was at the beach but I didn’t want the beach in my room we had to put towels down on the floor so we could keep some of the sand out of the bed, no tv in the bedroom, pictures on the internet was not the same as the room we were in. The office closed shortly after 5pm. So if we had issues there was no one to call. Also we couldn’t find an ice machine. Luckily we had ice in our cooler. Vending machines went dark after the office closed. And they put us on a time schedule as to when we had to be there to check in because they were closing. So we had to rush from Daytona Beach to get there on time.

The owner was rude. The room could at the very least have a toilet tissue holder and Kleenex. Also, a second trash can would have been helpful. Only given one room key which was difficult as we came and went at different times. Large crack in wall behind bed.

Nothing about the facilities, the beach was very close to the property but that is not the issue to be discussed in my opinion.
I read the comments after being inside the room and the manager always responded that they were making constant improvements, which did not seem to be true because they were old comments
Dirty and neglected, they only place towels, a garbage bag and make beds, nothing to vacuum, sweep or things like that

Convenient to beach and shopping, pier etc. Easy to find.
parking was not guaranteed and really tight.

I like how close it was to the beach but that’s all.
This place was disgusting! So dirty, I felt so nasty staying here. There was dust coated on everything and the floor was sticky! I will NEVER stay here again. It’s a good location but the hotel absolutely sucks! I spent $500 for two nights and it was really only worth $150 for two nights in my opinion! Do better or shut it down!

I absolutely love location, staff was nice, nice outdoor areas
Parking is terrible, they really can’t help that much and the floors and bathroom need a bleaching, other than that it was absolutely amazing

Great location. Good enough for the price.
The room was really small. You could hear noise outside all night long.

Walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly. The room was secluded. Cheap price for the room.
The room was nothing like it was pictured to be. The facilities had no parking. The room was super small. There was minimal lighting to get to the secluded room down a dark alley way. The room was in dire need of updates. When the wind would blow air came through the door making it hard to heat the room. The water was barely warm when showering. The mini fridge didn't keep anything cool.
