Loved how clean it was. Walking distance to the beach and view. Loved the front patio too!

Great location. Short walk to the beach.

Our room smelled like mold and urine. Wyndham was obviously aware of this when they gave us the room because an automatic air freshener was placed on a shelf in the room. The air freshener was not helping the smell, but still went off every 15-20 minutes. The bad smell and mechanical noise of the air freshener made it difficult to sleep.

The veiw and it's close to the beach

The communication needs to get better with the employees at this property/hotel this is the 2nd time there was some kind of mess up on my stay both special reason/birthdays! The beds in room 205 feel like your sleeping on a box spring or pallet I woke up so sore!

The Television had no signal the entire stay, i asked the front office if they could fix it, they never did! The bed was as hard as a rock, I didnt get any sleep 😭

I like how the fridge works well and that the microwave comes with the room. I also like the walking distance from the hotel to the bprdwalk

What we didn’t like was that the curtains were ripped and the sink power pressure was very loud. The mattresses need to switched out we would sink into the mattress a lot and did not have a comfortable good night rest.

The short walk to the wharf and boardwalk was perfect. The manager was polite.

The room was pretty small for what we paid but had a nice deck with a good view. Do NOT pay extra for breakfast. It's muffins or waffles in a bag, oatmeal, or cereal. Wasn't worth the extra fees. Go to Santa Cruz diner or Pacific Point by the roundabout. TV didn't have hdmi port - a small inconvenience. The curtain in the bathroom was kinda useless. The whole bathroom floor gets soaking wet. The AC was loud and outdated.

Fun location, friendly staff, when checking in, staff sure we knew that complimentary breakfast and hot tub were unavailable for renovations and an alternate they could offer for breakfast.

The booking specifically stated that hot tub and complimentary breakfast were available which was not true. We specifically sought out this qualities when we booked and were very disappointed to find out that they were unavailable and the booking did not inform us in time to change our reservation.

It was close in proximity to the boardwalk and down town.

The beds were small and very uncomfortable. The rooms smelled musty. The continental breakfast room wasn't available. The spa was completely drained and unusable. There were people screaming outside in the middle of the night.

The location is good near the beach… room is clean and service are good… thank you no additional charges and quiet…

Even they are not using the pool they should maintain it clean

My room has some issues they did offer me a new one but I wanted that one for the view 🙄
