We like the history regarding the property. The hospitality from the staff was perfection. The owner is very accommodating to your needs.
There is nothing bad I can say.

Great location. Adriana was most welcoming and such a gracious host. This B&B has a lot of charm. The house itself is a historical site. Adriana the owner is also an artist, and has her sculptures and paintings throughout the house. The breakfast Adriana prepared was wonderful.

The owner was very nice. The breakfast was good, and the room was wonderful. I think the best part was the location, it was right next to the beach and ~9 mins from the bus station and yet a very affordable place to stay!

Friendly hosts who upgraded our room to one with a king size bed for free! Perfect location to enjoy Santa Cruz, steps away from the shore. They also provided us with free parking.
Hosts were not available when we arrived, despite specifying arrival time ahead of check in.

Location. Quiet & safe neighborhood. Easy checkin. Lots of property. Our hosts.
Outdated & needs some TLC. Tiny & dark space. Breakfast a bit confusing. First day no one checked on us or had food available. thank goodness there was a Keurig coffee maker. The next day we finally met Adriana and she was fabulous. Made us eggs & croissants.

The fee I paid through booking.com was for a king bed, it should have been less as we got a Queen size.
I realized this after looking at the website our last day. I always attempt to book directly, but did so through Booking.com after waiting for two days for a response from the BNB.

The breakfast was amazing. Ask for the french toast and eggs on toast. Strong coffee was exactly what was needed for early morning wake-ups to go surf. I really liked having our car parked off-street and in a safer area than most hotels as it had our surt boards on top.

The Inn is quaint and comfortable. Adriana and Constantine were very accommodating hosts. Everything was clean, the breakfasts were delicious and Adriana's art is amazing. The location is great - just a two minute walk to the beach.
