The staff was excellent I got checked in right away and didn't have to wait I locked my keys a couple of times and they were really kind of unlock the door for me so I would say I had a great time the pool was excellent the room was excellent

Filthy property with people squatting on the outside. homeless people living in the parking lot. And I work at night and did not get to the property until after 10 o’clock and was not allowed check in. They will not refund my money and I will never use this app or American executive inn.

Everything it was under construction they woke me up at 6:00 in the morning there was lousy

Ummm... staff brought extra towels we asked for..... If I could give zero stars, I would....

Staff was a bit reluctant to give me the rooms I booked. I booked 2 rooms with 2 queens. Gave me 2 rooms with 1 double each. Wanted to give me a room that the card swipe didn't work, said he could let me in each time. Huh?!?!? Had to go exchange. More than 1/2 of the electric outlets didn't work, and most had no covers. Lights on ceiling had no covers. Floor was filthy, see my nieces foot in the pic i posted after 5 minutes of being there. Found a live roach. Found some sort of FUZZ in made up beds. Lamps didn't work and were old and frayed anyway. One toilet didn't flush by handle, had to lift lid and pull chain in tank. The other toilet literally screamed when flushed. Can't get out of pool area in a normal way. Had to reach around, swipe push from inside pull from outside, a 2 people job. I could go on and on. Clean? I think not.

Room was dirty, holes in sheets and blankets, stove did not work

Had fridge, oven, microwave.

Messy room, with incomplete repairs. Random people knocking on door all times of night. Lots of noise from upstairs unit. Beds not made well. Dead bugs. Extreme signs of wear on furniture. First bathroom I DID NOT want to shower in even though needed.
