It was close to the Pacific, but the ocean view room we were advertised wasn't really a reality from the room.

Room was very run down, not like the pictures displayed on your site, it was also unclean, I found a pink debit card from a previous guest under the edge of the bed when I went to plug in my laptop, and a long blonde hair in the toilet bowl. My partner stayed in another room, and got stuck outside when she took her dog potty early in the morning. The room keys would not disengage the door lock, staff was unreachable from the number they provided, and we had to wait two hours outdoors in the cold for staff to come and reprogram the door so we could get our luggage and leave, adding a delay to our trip.

The view was nice. You could see the ocean from our room . Pet friendly that was nice. We were able to check in early.

The rooms were not very clean, it is an old motel. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. Towels were thin.

I liked everything about the room. I liked the big windows because I could see the ocean and the other windows were nice to have as well. I liked the bathtub! The bed was super comfortable and the room had space for me to do yoga and get work done at the desk. I love that the room had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. I didn't have to leave the room for anything

The heater was loud and wasn't in a great location for that room.

The pictures posted of the room I was booking was extremely deceiving. I thought they were going to be nicer but there was a lot of cosmetic damages and the floors were very dirty. I just didn’t feel like the room was worth them money spent on it.

I didn’t like anything. It’s a place someone would go to commit suicide.

Where to start??? Dirty… peeling paint, towels thin and rough. Coffee machine still had old moldy cartridge in it.

The upholstered chair in the seating area needed some help. When you sit in it, it seems like you are sitting down in a hole, it sinks noticeably. There was only one washcloth in the restroom although there were two of everything else (towels, hand towels, etc.) There is no fan or A/C in the room, so it was stuffy and overly warm during the day. There is a Keurig style coffee maker in the room, but no pods for it, a coffee maker without coffee?
