I paid a lot of money and the hotel facilities are deplorable, also the bed was not comfortable, cold breakfast, in addition to being removed before time and also the cleaning staff did not let me eat by running from the restaurant to clean it. the corridors and room with a horrible smell. It is not worth paying $550 plus a $100 deposit which I have not received yet

Room was hot

The facility was nice and clean. We liked the fact it had an indoor pool. The hotel employee did her best to accommodate our needs at check-in.

The only thing I did not like was the fact that the entry to the hotel right off the exit was closed to where we had to go around the block to get back on the feeder to be able to enter the property.

Building is appeasing to the eye, secure (security patrol), and good location.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was thinner than my couch cushions. Corrosion was built up on the shower head and you have to pay for extremely basic boxed cereal and cold egg breakfast.

Hot tub was nice

The bartender wouldn't service and said the bar was closed but yet had several men sitting at the bar with open tabs. It was disappointing cuz we were only a few minutes past closing time.

The staff was very friendly and the buffet worker ( Jenea) was really great in accommodating our food services. I was extremely satisfied.

horrible service from the night shift front desk guy. we had an issue with the room and he was extremely rude about it.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The hot tub did not work at all. Our air conditioner in the room did not work. Breakfast was horrible and it ended an hour earlier than what we were told. It was 9:00am and while we were eating we were told we needed to finish because they were closing it at 9:30am. Front desk clerks were very nice.
