Breakfast was good

The carpets were dirty, hotel was overpriced for quality of cleanliness and rooms. We paid $165 so anyone would expect better. We prowont stay at another one. You can get AirBNBs way cheaper and nicer

Need more options for breakfast...I was there for my grandsons baseball games at the State championship and the day my reservation ended I went to the desk and asked if I could get a late checkout and if we win id like to extend my stay for an extra day she said that I could do that. We lost so I called her at about 10 minutes after 10, just like the other parents did that she let them get the late checkout, but when I called she said she couldn't give me the late checkout because she went ahead and booked the room for the extra day at 7 that morning. She doesn't need to be worried about me ever staying there again because I won't ever!!! Instead of me traveling back with his team my grandson and I was forced to travel alone or lose the money that she charged me and that wasn't an option at the time. Im disabled and only get SSDI so instead of losing $15(for late checkout) I would have lost over $125. So NO I was not satisfied especially when the night clerk told me she could of cancelled it and not charged me but for the late checkout.

Have the clerks more noligable, and refund my money!! Because she should of never checked me in at 7am when she was just supposed to check me in after I let her know if I would be staying another night

the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Greeted with smiles and very clean .location was good.

1st room had nail clippings on night stand and floor next to bed. Totally unacceptable! I was given another room. The second room had a really bad Oder. Maybe wet damp carpet, I really don’t know. The cleaning crew gave me a bottle of febreeze to keep in the room and after the third spray, I no longer had issues, with the smell. The hairdryer also did not work but they did give me one to use when I notified them.
