Our room was fairly clean. We could have our dog with us.

The charge for our dog was a lot. It was very noisy!

The carpets were torn up in our room and one of the cabinets tops was all sticky around the TV and the carts to bring your luggage carts squeak badly

paid full price when the elevator didn’t work and had to climb 4 flights of stairs with a bad back and bad knees.

Everything about this property was exceptional, the professional front desk staff, the cleanliness of the room, the rugs were attended to, the linens, the towels. All showed pride in cleanliness & all details observed. The breakfast was plentiful, wonderful offerings, exceptionally clean, maintained & the seating area was spotless. The area was very quiet & easy to sleep in Peace. Close to many restaurants. On my way passing thru, I will definitely book another night.

Bathroom was clean.

Lobby was dirty, trash cans at entrance were over flowing and smelled. Room had mildew smell. Only 1 bath towel in room. TV Remote did not work.

Location. Ironing board and iron in room. Comfortable beds. Refrigerator.

Stained carpets throughout room. Curtains cannot be closed to block out street lights. A/C running but wouldn't cool the room. Luggage cart was beat up and difficult to maneuver. For almost $200 a night, expected the room not to be so run down.
