The room had a very strong odor. The Hotel in general was dirty, the trash can in front of the hotel was overflowing with trash. the floors were dirty.

It was newer and clean.

Our bathroom had female hair on the countertop, the floor, and in the sink. No excuse.

The breakfast was great and we really appreciated that it went until 10 am. The room was very very clean.

The biggest disappointment was the pool. We were not told anything and assumed it was open, we stayed in July so it should have been cleaned and usable. However, there were hoses all over, piles of debris on the pool deck, and looking down from our room we could see it was filthy in the water. Our kids were bummed.

The staff at this location went above and beyond our expectations. It was a very rough week with a death in our family and we were exhausted when we arrived at the hotel. They made sure we had all we needed and that the room we chose worked for us. They even brought extra pillows because I had a lot of swelling in my leg from traveling all day. We highly recommend this hotel and we appreciate all that was done for us.

The staff was amazing!! The gym was also very nice!! Full set of weights, bosu ball, mats, cardio equip that worked😀

I had to be moved twice because one room the door didn’t lock to the room and the toilet overflowed. Then the room I was moved to the heat wasn’t working. I had to be moved twice during my 3 night stay. I also saw a roach in the bathroom in the third room I was in. The showers were dirty and had mildew in them

It was Disgusting, and they had roaches and the sheets had stains and crusty spots. The whole experience was awful.

Clean, kill the bugs and don’t just offer another room give my money back

The question was ask for customer service that I felt wasn’t the clerk business. Why am I here? (Really) Where should you go on a getaway stay? Every other place gets you on in out and the top that off she calls and says your card didn't go through and all that time it's sitting right in her face approved this lady act as if we weren't welcome are couldn't afford it. I said we can go elsewhere. So a young lady said you don't have to do that. This was on 10/10/2021 around 3:15 pm and we waited 30 more minutes for the room that was supposed to be ready of course she assumed the card would decline. Never ever going back!

The egg omelets were wonderful but sorry they didn't serve them on Saturday and Sunday. Everything else was good too. Also the housekeeping was very attentive and helpful. The front desk was awesome.

I noticed the back gate by the pool was always open and the back door to the pool area was sometimes propped open. There were also people loitering in the parking lot making me feel unsafe when I was in the pool area.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean

The A/C didn't work. I reserved a room with 2 queen beds. I got the 2 queen beds but it was handicap access. I did not reserve that kind of room. If I give you my card to hold a room with 2 queen bed that is not handicap accessible that is what I should get

Very nice, well maintained and clean. Staff very nice and friendly. Breakfast was great and the lady who worked breakfast area was very friendly and helpful.

The cost of sodas. I do think $3.00 for one coke is a bit pricey.

Location to restaurants and shopping.

I don't like paying for a hotel that advertise having a pool and not mentioning that pool is not operable. Staff wasn't that friendly.

Staff was nice and the facility smelled clean, bed was comfortable and the ac worked great!
