Very clean. Lovely pool.

Just the AC in the room was a bit noisy.

It was clean and in a good location

No complimntary breakfast (could be simple…coffee and pastries). The water pressure was low on the telephone shower (it was fine for the main shower head) and the maintenance said that’s just the way it is.

Clean. Beds were comfortable. Mostly updated rooms.

No shampoo in the shower (wall-mounted dispensers). Overall amenities (pool and spa were old with liners were in serious disrepair) and location not worth the price.

Colazione Starbucks in a Hilton hotel. sorry no. There was not that much choice.

The service was not always of a normal standard. too many changes at the reception per day. asked daily to clean the room which was not always done.

Great staff, very helpful. Ability to be abel to hire bikes was awesome. Large bar and atrium area which was good

Privacy of the pool and jacuzzi area.

The balconies are not real balconies. Not big enough for a chair and sitting.

Terrible Value for what it is…

Comfortable bed, room size, and bathroom were very good.

Ice machine outside our door. I understand the noise factor when it dispenses ice and it’s use by guests, but at 6:40AM to hear it run for minutes while Staff used it to fill service bins for breakfast station. Why would the facility use this machine and not one in a kitchen or non-hallway staff only area machine. They came back to it at least twice. This was a true I convince and a lack of respect due to the noise and proximity to guest rooms.

Loved everything about this stay. Linette at the front desk and Liam at the bar were phenomenal. Location was awesome. Everything was great!

Convenient breakfast was good

Room smelled like mildew. Bathroom smelled strongly of urine.

it was very convenient to our destination and to the beaches.

there were only sheer curtains, which put us on display to the pool area. there was a light shining directly into the room all night long. we told the desk and they said they didn’t have another room, but we could feel free to check back later.

we like the location, the amenities, the Starbucks/Bar/Kitchen. Good food options, friendly staff. our room was comfortable and well appointed! We really appreciate the small fridge and microwave. We love the fitness center’s functional trainer!

Wish there were a make-up swing-out wall mirror and better lighting in the bathroom. Would like to have the microwave higher than floor level. Would prefer a Kuerig to the current coffee maker in the room.

Location is good.

The Hotel is tired and in need of refurbishment. It is called the Beach Hotel - but it faces a harbour, not the beach and the view is not great. It is a rip off paying the extra for an Ocean facing room -because you cannot see the Ocean from any of the rooms. The staff seemed disinterested and had to be asked several times to prompt housekeeping to attend to my room - I stayed 5 days and despite asking for my room to be cleaned every day, Housekeeping only actually cleaned my room twice - and when I raised this with the front desk, I simply got a shrug of the shoulders. Not good customer service.

Almost nothing, because of the 'overbooking' problem that we have faced.

When we arrived at the hotel, we found out that the hotel was somehow 'overbooked' and they did not have any room immediately for us. They were able to find a room for us in 15-20 minutes, but it was not a room with a view and balcony as we had initially booked. This trip was a nostalgic trip for us to the town where we lived for more than 6 years and having a view of parking was very underwhelming. In addition their system 'was down', so they could not provide even keys from the room we stayed in. For the amount we paid for the hotel in this location this was not worth the price.
