Super easy check in and check out Using code instead of card or key for the enterance. Clean and safe place. Enough parking area.

There was not enough blanket only a thin blanket for a two-room suite. Pool and hot tub were not clean enough. It was 20 miles away from myrtle beach state park.

Harbourgate is my go-to place when family and friends come to visit when to many to accommodate at my place..

can't think of any negative to pass on.

Location was great, very close to the beach. (5 minutes away)

Carpet needed cleaning. Wasn't horrible but had stains.

Front door was broken had to talk with security through glass

The condo was great. Beds were comfortable. I think it was the first time staying in a condo that a code was used to enter. Place was clean and spacious

Furniture was outdated in the living room but wasn't a problem. The stairwell wasn't clean at all and had an awful smell

Loved location overlooking marina, rooms were spacious and convenient, located close to a lot of restaurants and main st , when we arrived even Rachael the lady cleaning the room was so helpful and welcoming👌💯Will diffinitely be back .

Nice and roomy kitchen, great view, comfortable furniture

Pool too small, no housekeeping throughout our stay, We didn't get any of our towels or replaced. I don't understand that because who in the world has enough space to clean all of those towels in that tiny washing machine? That is absolutely asinine. I called customer service about that because I thought we would get new towels if requested. It turns out the other condo that I booked for the same dates did have housekeeping come to replenish their things but we never did. I was told by customer service that the other condo must have been lucky. That's unacceptable.

I love the scenery of the water and boats was amazing. The size of the 3 bedrooms was very spacious. Everything about the room was great.

No indoor pool or gym and it was about 25min away from the boardwalk

The property was great. Will definitely be staying here again. The beds we’re comfortable, the rooms were big and the view of the river was amazing.

The only only down side is that our patio door wouldn’t lock.

The location was amazing. We love staying there, the pools are great, the balcony overlooking the water is beyond beautiful.

There were a few ants in the master bathroom.

checking in was terrible because of how it is done. and day three of my stay i could not get into room again due to room code problems. something needs to change with entry , i will not book again if problem not resolved.

I loved that it was private... I loved that you had to put a code in to get into the building..felt safe there. The people that live there year round were super nice and would strike up a conversation when we were outside. Super nice. Loved the balcony and harbor view... favorite!

It's nothing that can be helped...the busy traffic... & big bridge outside our balcony...took the privacy thing away a little bit... but it was nice at nighttime when the traffic slowed down...
