Art work and cleanliness
The woman at the desk was more interested in talking than helping…she didn’t go over breakfast the bar or any accommodations.
The price went up twice. once before booking at $20 more was added at the time of check in.
Our door was opened twice while we were in the room, two light knocks and they were trying to come right in. I’m in the middle of love making both times and it was a mood killer!!!
The bathroom I thought I was getting was not the bathroom I received, very scam like and misleading.
The date change took too long

the room definitely, view was cool. loved the pool just wish the jacuzzi was available.

They didn't have my room on the breakfast but I showed them and it was good it had me full to walk and I will be booking back there any time we have meeting up in the area very clean and room just made me feel like I was home thank you for have the room the way it is pose to be and that what you call a room for high end right there thank you see you all next time
the weather. the grits was the only thing that was not that good but still manageable. They were a little watery but it was ok.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and clean! The bathroom was very clean too.
The elevators need to be updated asap! It is ridiculous to pay a premium price for your room then have to deal with broken elevators - I was almost late to get my plane because the elevator near my room suddenly stopped working. Unacceptable.
