Hotel overall was very clean. Including the room. They have done a great job with the decor and design making you feel as if you have stepped back in time. We ate two meals at Green Valley Grill (dinner and brunch) and both were excellent. Enjoyed the aveda bath products and harney & sons tea (which I happen to drink at home) ! Would most definitely stay here again,

very nice and big room, spacious bathroom, lots of storage space for clothes
no cleaning service for the room unless requested (we arrived late, and could not request it in time for the following day). I believe, by now, cleaning the room every morning should be the default, in a good quality hotel, unless the guest explicitly opts out. covid is no longer a good excuse for lack of service.

clean, comfortable, spacious room, lots of creature comforts… GOOD coffee in lobby ea am, lobby smelled fresh even with rain, jazx quartet on Thurs eves was 1st rate; afternoon tea experience was wonderful!

The hotel was excellent. I had a great stay and will definitely consider staying here in the future. Very clean, beautiful room, friendly staff.
If the location wasn’t so close to the highway it would have been perfect, but even though it was close, the noise was not bad.

Tea was cold and pot could not keep water hot. (Windsor
Court does a great job of serving hot tea to your room.) English breakfast did not taste good. Seemed like another kind of tea.
