Room was clean and really big. Loved the water pressure and hot water. It had a good breakfast, and they worked with me for check in.

The other guests did not like to be respectful, breakfast could have had more food, like eggs still good.

I liked the proximity to hwy and wineries.

The hotel and location of our room was quiet. It was basic--you get what you pay for.

The breakfast was "meh". There was no fresh fruit at all and the coffee was super weak. I can't have dairy or wheat so there was nothing for me to eat. The room could have used a better cleaning--fingerprints on the backs of doors, no towel hook on the bathroom door, and a clump of hair on the floor.

It had some marginal individuals doing drugs in room down the hallway.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was good and the value of the motel was good for the one night we stayed. The lady that checked us in was very helpful when I had an issue with the payment. I did not realize they put a hold on my card, and when I asked her she said I will ask my manager. When I came back a few hours later she told me the manager Said it will fall off in a few days. She has great customer services, and should be told so.

There is so much to say. First, the toilet would not flush. The water went down, but the TP did not. Second, there was pubic hair in the bathtub and on the floor. The toilet was not clean when you put the seat down. Third, when I told the gentleman up front that the toilet would not flush he did not seem to care one bit. He just said ok like it was not his problem.
