I loved the location.
The property could be cleaner and spruced up. We stayed on the third floor and there was a huge dead roach who greeted us at the top of the stairs. Stink bugs were sitting on the blinds. There was a hole in the fitted sheet on our bed. The furniture was very tired. There was a pronounced dip in the mattress on both sides. The breakfast menu said we were to have quiche. It was a breakfast casserole. We had been looking forward to the breakfast and were disappointed.

I loved the house. The bed was super comfortable. I like the dining room was always open with supplied water and soft drinks if you wanted. Coffee always available. Breakfast on the porch was perfect.

The historical cozy ambiance of this historic 1880’s home. Property was very clean and well furnished with great attention to detail. Good food and friendly staff. We enjoyed the walking distance to downtown shops & restaurants.
Walking up & down the stairs to our 3rd floor room …but worth the effort because of the lovely historic ambience of the house.

My husband and I loved everything about The Charleston Inn. We have stayed in a few bed and breakfasts in the past, but this stay was by far the best. The hospitality, cleanliness and location was awesome! We will definitely stay here again.

Location was conveniently located right downtown Hendersonville. We could walk from the Inn to dinner. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a social hour in the evening with free drinks, the Sangria was amazing! Breakfast was great. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable.

The room was large and clean. Walking distance to downtown, The innkeepers were nice and cordial, They were filling in for the current innkeepers so they didn't know a lot about the area but researched and answered our questions,
We stayed in the front room on the second floor on the left if facing the house, I would highly recommend curtains, Even with the blinds closed the lights from outside shined in all night, Curtains would help with the light and the street noise, I would recommend anyone staying to try to get a room mid house or rear house if your looking for solitude,

The Inn was very Charming and Old. Very clean. The staff was great. The Breakfast was great.
We will definitely be back.
This is not a big deal. But, We would have loved to have dinner at the inn. We would have loved the atmosphere.
But, The Inn is very close to a lot of good restaurants.
